Obama moves to remove Cuba from terror sponsor list

President Obama has sent to Congress a "report and certifications" indicating that plans to remove Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism, a key step to normalising relations between the two nations. Al Jazeera's Alexi O'Brien reports.
