A driver in a parking area in China’s Jiangsu province amazingly took 10 minutes to back out of a parking space, instead of the usual two, all the while totally tearing up the white Volkswagen next to him. After finally getting out of the spot, he fled.
Police used this CCTV footage to catch up with him and suspend his license, along with citing him for hit and run. They said his poor driving skills were due to a four-year break from driving while in university.
