Man pushed onto rail tracks: killer sought after man pushed onto Bronx D train track, New York

2015-04-14 7

A man is suspected of killing a man by pushing him in front of an oncoming D train at 167th Street and Grand Concourse in the Bronx.

The victim, Wai Kuen Kwok, and his wife were making their weekly trip to Chinatown Sunday morning for breakfast. As they waited for their train to arrive, the suspect didn’t say a word to the couple. The attack came without warning.

Kwok was pushed in front of the train and struck while in mid-air. The train operator slammed on the brakes, bringing the train to a stop but not before several cars had run over the 61-year-old man, leaving him dead on the tracks.

“Push, push!” Kwok’s wife screamed in horror as the suspect fled the scene.

Police are still looking for the killer who they believe boarded a bus outside the train station and rode for about 30 minutes, according another passenger. The suspect was spotted on surveillance video alighting the bus, stopping into a bodega, and then casually lighting up a smoke. Call the cops if you recognize this man.
