Two American filmmakers, Ryan McPherson and Daniel Tanner, who made videos of homeless people beating each other, known as the “Bumfights”, are wanted by Thai police for trying to ship baby body parts to the U.S.
The three parcels containing human remains were to be delivered by a shipping company to Las Vegas. The contents were revealed after staff member of the shipping company screened the packages before shipment on Saturday night, reported by Bangkok Post.
Inside the parcels were five boxes of preserved human remains, including an infant’s head, a baby’s foot, a human heart and sheets of human skin, Bangkok Post reported.
The human remains were part of the display at Siriraj Medical Museum before they were stolen last month. Both McPherson and Tanner had visited the museum, according to Bangkok Post.
The two Americans who attempted to ship the human remains have fled Thailand to Cambodia on Monday, Bangkok Post reported.
Thai authorities have contacted the FBI for to help tracking the men down, AOL reported.
