Last week in central China, a 33-year-old man was killed in a tragic toilet tale.
The man, nicknamed Xiaobai, was staying at a bed and breakfast with some friends whom he had been drinking with. Xiaobai tossed back a few drinks with friends and then went to the bathroom to take a quick rinse.
Unfortunately, there was a wet patch on the floor and Xiaobai slipped and crashed into the toilet. His neck was sliced open on the broken edge of the tank on the back of the toilet.
When his friends heard the clatter and rushed in to check on him, they found him on the floor trying to hold together the edges of a 10 cm wound to his throat.
Xiaobai was rushed to hospital, but doctors were unable to save him.
His family will be suing the bed and breakfast for wrongful death.
