A Delaware man is in prison after walking to his neighborhood police station, smoking joint, and defecating on the floor.
Calen Higgs, 33, was speaking incoherently when he entered the Upper Darby police station. After officers arrested Higgs and placed him in a jail cell, he pooped in the corner and smeared it all over the walls.
Higgs was initially taken to a mental health facility in Pennsylvania, but it was later found that he was high on drugs at the time of his arrest.
Higgs has been charged with possession and disorderly conduct.
