At least 12 people are dead after masked gunmen attacked the offices of Charlie Hebdo, a Paris-based satirical newspaper that in the past had published cartoons joking about Islam.
Two of the dead are police and the others are believed to be working for the newspaper. Two are police. The gunman remain at large.
Video shot by journalist Martin Boudot of Agence Premieres Lignes shows at least two men firing weapons and targets that appear out of frame.
Reports said there were three gunman and one getaway driver.
