La vidéo montre un homme non identifié attacher le chien à une chaise dans un lieu inconnu. Alors qu'il s'enfuit, le chien essaie avec impatience de courir après son camion rouge.
La vidéo a été rendue publique par le Bureau du shérif du comté de Tazewell, qui demande au gens de les aider à identifier l'homme.
