The FPS Russia YouTube channel was created by Keith Ratliff and Kyle Myers in April of 2010. By early 2013, it became one of YouTube's most popular destinations with over 5 million subscribers. In January of 2013 at the height of their popularity, Keith Ratliff was unexpectedly shot in the back of the head with a single bullet at close range. No one knows who killed Ratliff or why.
