El campeonato asiático de surf inicia esta semana en Taitung, Taiwán. El total de los premios es de hasta 22,000 Dólares, el mayor entre los torneos de surf en el país.
Participantes de 50 países alrededor del mundo han arribado a la isla para competir con los mejores surfistas.
Los competidores son vistos probando las olas y adaptándose físicamente para estar en forma para la competencia.
