This is a spreadable caramel sauce that can't be beat! Yeah it takes some time to make... But all great things do!
Ingredients:
1 or more cans of Condensed Milk
Method:
Pre heat your Nomiku or Sous Vide water bath oven to 185ºF
Open the can(s) and transfer the contents to one or more sealable Mason jars. Seal the jars, and fully submerse them in the water bath.
Allow to cook for 12-15 hours; until a deep golden colour.
Make sure to cover the water bath so all the water doesn't evaporate during the long cooking process.
