One of the most anticipated events at the seventh Summit of the Americas is the return of Cuba to the Organization of American States, along with its re-establishing relations with the United States.
It will also be the first time in 60 years the heads of state of the United States and Cuba will officially meet. The last time was between Dwight D. Eisenhower and Cuban dictator Fulgencio Batista.
