Peruvian President Ollanta Humala appointed Pedro Cateriano as Prime Minister. Cateriano, who had been defense minister, replaces Ana Jara, who was deposed by Congress early this week, which set off a political crisis in the country. He will be Humala's seventh prime minister since 2011. teleSUR
