There's a new ad in Shibuya Station in Tokyo, Japan--a giant billboard that is nothing but a cat's face. The ad is for a shipping company called Kuroneko Yamato or Black Cat Yamato but it doesn't say that anywhere, so it's also kind of an ad for psychics! The giant black cat face features plush, pettable fur, a nose with actual nostril holes, and HUGE SOUL-PIERCING EYES. It may seem like weird advertising, but branding is everything and I know the next time I'm scared out of my mind I'll automatically think about this great Japanese shipping service.
