The petition campaign in Venezuela to demand that US President Barack Obama list his executive order declaring Venezuela an extraordinary threat to US national security is at the half way point, with five million signatures already collected of the initial goal of 10 million. Door-to-door canvassing for signatures has been particularly successful. President Nicolas Maduro will present the petitions to Obama at the Summit of the Americas, to be held in Panama in April. teleSUR
