For the second time, an Argentine court has dismissed allegations filed by since deceased prosecutor Alberto Nisman against President Cristina Fernandez alleging a cover-up in the investigation into the 1994 bombing of the Argentine Jewish Community Center. Both court rulings cited the lack of evidence for their decisions.
