Ingredients:
? cup (125 mL) oat milk
? cup (125 mL) plain yogourt
1 Tbsp (15 mL) unsweetened peanut butter
1 Banana (peeled of course)
Method:
Combine in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Yields: 375 mL
Serves: 1
