Bolivia lost its access tp seaports 136 years ago today in a late nineteenth century war with invading Chile. On Sea Day, President Evo Morales called for the return of a 400 kilometer coastline as well another 220,000 kiliometers of land and many of the world's top copper reserves. Bolivia's claim to the land is expected to be resolved at The Hague between May 4 and May 8, when both nations will present their arguments regarding rights to the land in question. teleSUR
