I've never experienced service like this. After dealing with the stress that comes with an accident (insurance, rental, time) it was a huge relief to have Cynthia and Mark at Progress Auto Repair in Houston take over!
The person that hit me had subpar rental insurance so Cynthia was able to pull a few strings to get me a rental that worked under their requirements for the amount of time I needed it. Even after the accident I still got follow-ups and check-ups from Cynthia to make sure I received payent and the car was fine.
