Myanmar festival puts spotlight on Yangon's heritage

For decades, Myanmar closed itself off from the outside world and its former capital Yangon was allowed to slip into neglect. Now a heritage festival is trying to get people to appreciate the city's former glory. Al Jazeera's Florence Looi reports.
