Sonu Nigam & Bickram Ghose Celebrated OSCAR Selection of Movie JAL
The legendary singer Sonu Nigam and ace tabla player/percussionist Bickram Ghosh together had composed music for ‘Jal’ that got nominated in Oscars 2015. 2014 movie ‘Jal’ was their first composing collaboration for a Bollywood film and it was selected in Oscar in the Best Original Score Category among top 114. The composer duo celebrated this selection of the music of their first film at an event recently. In the score of ‘Jal’ they had used ragas like Marwa and Puriya combined with rare musical instruments like Armenian Duduk. 'Jal' also had incredible background score by Sonu Nigam and Bickram Ghosh where they used a mix of Indian and International sounds with a lot of percussion's.
