In 2014, Ashley Brady lost her leg in an accident and this past winter has been a tough one for her. She ended up getting a designated handicapped spot at her apartment complex and soon had an unpleasant interaction with someone who parked in her spot.

Handicap parking is designated for those with disabilities and it is hard to fathom why anyone would view this accommodation with malice. Unfortunately, Ashley Brady, a 26-year-old amputee in Ohio had to deal with an unpleasant woman who had parked in a handicapped spot.
