THUNDER BAY - The City of Thunder Bay are providing a special briefing on the (TBECC) Phase 4 Project Update and Recommended Next Steps Corporate Report which will be presented to Council for information on March 23, and for decision on the included recommendations on March 26.

The Purpose of the Report is three-fold:
To provide a Status Update on Phase 4 – Capital Funding Confirmation
To seek approval to extend the Letter of Intent with the Thunder Bay Live Consortium
To recommend next steps including, subject to confirmation of Provincial and Federal funding, proceeding to Phase 5 – Detailed Design and Construction
