Campaigning has begun for the Buenos Aires city mayoral race. Although a dozen coalitions are fielding slates, the main battle lines will pit supporters of President Cristina Fernandez's progressive policies against the neo-liberal backers of current Buenos Aires mayor Mauricio Macri.
