Solaris - 1977 - Misty Morning (full album)

The group Solaris (do not confuse with the same name coming from Hungary) was led by musician Ole G.Nilssen, who released his solo album in 1976, with participation of several members of what would become the band. In the same year the quintet was formed and launched its first single. The unique and rare album came out in 1977 by Apollo small label, but without success disbanded soon after.
Post here "Misty Morning", originally composed of 10 tracks, but here with 2 more bonus tracks taken from singles, all short. Bring a quiet and simple rock'n'roll, with several ballads and influences from the west coast and country / folk rock, with lyrics in English and Norwegian. Instrumental passages are noteworthy, with good guitar solos and piano/ keyboards on tracks like "Battelfielf Green", "Micro" and "Solaris". Nothing essential, but recommended for rock fans with country and folk touches.
The album was recorded at Artic Studios, Trondheim, Norway.
