Surat : A new bridge constructed besides Nehru Bridge on Tapi river and in the place of 135 year Hope Bridge, which was taken down a few years ago, would also be open for walkers by April first week this year. Local authorities have constructed a foot path for people to walk on this new bridge and remember the nostalgia of old Hope bridge, and vehicle entry will be prohibited.
