I wanted to jot a quick note about the fantastic service we received from Yana Kizlauskas. It all started with innocently filling out one of those online insurance quote requests. I didn't realize how frustrating it would be to get hit with a barrage of phone solicitors. Luckily, Yana was one of them and she has been a complete pleasure to work with. She is professional, thorough, and has just the right balance of persistence to get the deal done. She really stood out from the pack with her straight-forward explanations and always professional demeanor.
