Green Mutton (Lamb) is a Post Pregnancy & Iron Rich healthy Indian delicacy, famous for its high nutrient values and rich taste. The curry tastes best with steamed rice. Our chef Archana brings to you the simple yet tasty recipe of this curry!

Ingredients:

500 gms Mutton
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Onion
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup Coriander Paste
Mint Leaves (Pudina)
Salt to taste
Water

१/२ tsp हळद
१/४ tsp काळं मिरी पावडर
२ tbsp तेल
१/२ कप कोथिंबीर पेस्ट
पुदिन्याची पाने
मीठ
पाणी

Method:
- Cook in the mutton with ginger garlic paste, onion, water & salt.
- In a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, black pepper powder & mint leaves. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Then, add mutton and again mix well.
- Add coriander paste & salt. Mix everything well. Coat the mutton with masala.
- Let the mutton simmer on a high flame for 10 to 15 mins.
- Garnish it with mint leaves & serve hot.
