Intellectuals and political analysts from around the world are meeting in Buenos Aires for the Forum on Emancipation and Equality of the Peoples. The three day event, which began Thursday, is sponsored by the Argentine Ministry of Culture. Among the notables in attendance are Noam Chomsky, Emir Sader.
