In this episode I show you how to retouch a sports-type image to give it that popular gritty athletic look and feel, entirely in Lightroom:
1. Open Shadows and bring down the Highlights.
2. Increase Whites and decrease Blacks.
3. Adjust the White Balance.
4. To add a grunge effect, increase Clarity and adjust Saturation.
5. Create a dark gradient around subject in Graduated Filter.
6. Make the eyes pop with use of the Radial Filter.
7. Lastly, reduce any noise with the Sharpening, Noise Reduction and Masking tools.
