10) ginger, garlic crush 2 tbsp
11) green chilli1chopped
12) mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
13) coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
14) lemon juice 1 tbsp
15) chat masala 2 tbsp
16) butter 3 tbsp
17) crush pepper 1 tbsp
18) oil for fry
