According to Austin police, a man has been charged for allegedly stalking Yahoo's CEO. The suspect, Gregory Calvin King was taken into custody on Thursday. This is reportedly the second time that King has been arrested for incidents relating to Marissa Mayer.

In the past, he was sentenced to three years of probation for harassing her. The accused violated the terms of his probation and was in turn sent to federal prison for a year.

He was released last month and reportedly sent Mayer more than 50 messages between February 25th and March 5th. The arrest affidavit further explains that the 30-year-old man sent her "repeated, unwanted and sexually graphic e-mails from several locations in the city of Austin."&n
