So when does Bollywood come together? When there is a calamity or when there is a common issue, right?
Recently we saw that Bollywood joined hands together for the Government’s statement on banning Beef in Maharashtra. So what do we do ? Just fold hands and say a Namaste when we see beef? Well, in fact a recent cartoon on social media had this in place. Showed two people prostrating to a chunk of beef on the table. Hahah! Whatta joke. Ban some eatable.
Why don’t we focus on other bans like banning cigarettes, banning children coming alone to multiplexes in groups, banning smoking in public? Bollywood stars had their bit to say in major tweets and included actors like Farhan Akhtar, Richa Chadha, Vir Das, Ranvir Shorey, Ayushman Khurana who all expressed their disbelief in such Government sanctions.
We support Bollywood in this hai na?
