Former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan is currently in Havana to aid the Colombian peace talks underway in the Cuban capital and now in their 33rd round. The Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) have already reached agreement on three of five key issues to resolve the five decade long conflict: land reform, an end to the illegal drug trade, and political participation by the guerrilla organizations. teleSUR
