The well known Colombian NGO Peace and Reconciliation has released a report indicating that two years into the peace process and with the unilateral declaration of a cease fire by the rebel Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), the number of fatalities in the country's armed conflict is considerably down.
