Ben Woolf, an actor who appeared on "American Horror Story: Freak Show" recently passed away and his organs have already saved a few lives. Both of his kidneys and his liver were transplanted into three California-based individuals on Tuesday evening.
Ben Woolf, an actor who appeared on "American Horror Story: Freak Show" recently passed away and his organs have already saved a few lives. Both of his kidneys and his liver were transplanted into three California-based individuals on Tuesday evening.
Prior to his death, Woolf had signed documentation from the Donate Life California Organ & Tissue Donor Registry which registered him as a donor.
In a statement, his father, Nicholas Woolf noted, "Ben was the kindest, most thoughtful, gentle, sweetly innocent person I ever knew... Signing up to be an organ donor was absolutely fitting with his character. He would be very glad to know that three people are alive because of what he could give."
