Navsari: State allocates funds to rape victims and other victims of violent crime for medical, counseling, and related expenses. In a bizarre incident, government announced Rs.1 lakh in five installments of Rs.20,000 for the rape victim of Navsari but the given cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds in the account that left family strained.
