Ingredients:
1) eggplant 1
2) onion 1 chopped
3) ginger, garlic paste 2 tbsp
4) tomato 1 chopped
5) potato 1
6) green chilli 1
7) red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
8) turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
9) salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
10)oil 4tbsp
11) cheese slice 1
12) crush pepper 1/2 tsp
13) black pepper 1/2 tsp
350 F for about 30-35 minutes
