Kanda Bhajia is famous mumbai street food. kanda bhajias is special snack during rainy day.

Ingredients-

3 Medium Size Onion Sliced
Gram flour/chickpea flour 90g
Red chili powder 1tbsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Asafetida ½ tsp
Coriander seeds crushed 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro leaves half cup chopped
Oil for deep frying
Water 3tbsp

Method-

- Peel and cut the onion in thin slices
- Add Salt, pepper powder, red chili powder, asafetida, crushed coriander seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add gram flour
- Add water into mixture and mix well
- Heat up oil for deep frying
- Deep fry kanda bhaji,pakoda or fritters until it gets deep golden color from both the sides.
- Serve hot with coriander mint chutney or tomato sauce.
