Early on in Barry's Story during (OBJECTIVE: Go through building) you learn how to stealth attack. In this room are 3 zombies in a corner that won't notice you if you stay crouched.
After you stealth killed your first zombie turn right and stay in the shadow. Turn around and you see the 3 zombies next to a door. One of the will always walk in a circle. Wait until he is in front of one of the other zombies and shoot him with the MAGNUM PYTHON.
This weapon will overpenetrate and kill both of them.
