Hunter Original took guests to the windswept Scottish glens - via a raw industrial warehouse in London.

The brand, which specializes in cool, outdoor-inspired clothes, showed off their latest collection - from Stella McCartney's husband, Alasdhair Willis - at London Fashion Week Monday (23 FEB. 2015).

And they proved it's not just about their signature wellington boot.

"The boot, for a number of years now, has been worn by rock and roll stars as well as farmers and people that live in the country, so the ownership of the boot has been taken on by so many different kinds of younger, cooler rock and roll and that sort of set, so it already has that language somehow. It has the opportunity to express that side of it. It was just with the collection I've got a chance to actually be more expressive," explained Willis.

"The brand has always had a lot to say but it's only had one product to say it in, so now we have this collection where we can talk about this incredible history and storytelling."

Willis installed multiple waterfalls in the dimly-lit show space and had models walk around a dark pool in parkas and rain ponchos.

This season the rainproof boot took on stacked high heels, and also appeared in a calf-length version with a wedge platform. Those are probably not safe for hiking.

Models wore heavy-duty jackets that looked like they would suit an outing to Iceland or the Arctic, with their huge storm hoods and thick down padding.

There was a lot of khaki and muddy, utilitarian earth tones. Elsewhere, mohair fur arms and a graffiti-like print injected more style.

The collection was praised by celebrity guests at the show, including actors Salma Hayek and Luke Evans.

"I thought it was super-cool," smiled Hayek. "Actually I was quite surprised of how fashion-y it is. I really liked it. I mean, you cannot beat it because it's comfortable and practical and at the same time very fashionable and edgy."

"I loved it. I thought it was fantastic - very colorful," said Evans. "I could wear some of that stuff and I thought the whole production was beautiful. It was very well done. Very well done."

The pair also reflected on the winners at this year's Academy Awards ceremony.

"I thought the right people won," said Evans. "I was very, very happy to see my fellow compatriot Eddie Redmayne win. It was just well deserved. It's a beautiful, brave performance and he deserves everything and he got everything, so it all worked out very well."

"I was very, very excited for my friend Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu and Julianne Moore, who's also a friend," revealed Hayek. "I thought they were great and I did see the speech of Patricia Arquette and I really applaud her for saying the thing about women and equality. Somebody told me about it and I was very busy today but I went to look at it online and it gave me chills and it was so brilliant the way she did it, so fast and so well put."
