Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro condemned the killing of a teenage protester during an anti-government demonstration in the western state of Tachida. A police officer has confessed to and been arrested for firing rubber bullets that killed the teenager. Maduro offered his condolensces to the family members of the victim and pledged that justice would be done. teleSUR
