Leanne Taylor, an anchor at News on 6 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, recently said on-air that she is disgusted by hissing cockroaches. Well, one fellow Oklahoman was quite displeased with that statement and challenged her to overcome her fears. That Oklahoman was 8-year-old Shelby Counterman, master cockroach collector and breeder. The two met, cockroaches were held, obstacles were overcome, and destinies were altered. Or it was just a slow news day in Tulsa.
