Human rights activists are calling for the release of an investigation of 12 extrajudicial police killings that occurred in 2011-2012 in St. Lucia. The Prime Minister has pushed back the date for releasing the report but leaders of the Parliamentary opposition say it is time for a public discussion of the findings of the independent investigation. teleSUR
