The 2nd court of Melilla, Spain, has indicted 8 civil guards for assaulting a 23-year old Cameroonian trying to jump the border fence that separates Spain from Morocco. In response, the Civil Guards' Union has demanded the resignation of Spanish Interior Minister, Jorge Fernandez Diaz, charging that he promotes 'hot deportations' and beatings on the border. teleSUR
