A doggy daycare van was recently carjacked in Chicago and as a result, 6 canines are now missing. The incident occurred at approximately 4 in the afternoon on Wednesday just as the driver was preparing to take the dogs back to their houses.
A doggy daycare van was recently carjacked in Chicago and as a result, 6 canines are now missing. The incident occurred at approximately 4 in the afternoon on Wednesday just as the driver was preparing to take the dogs back to their houses.
According to Joseph Giannini, the owner of the doggy daycare Urban Out Sitters, one armed man approached the male driver and ordered him to get out of the vehicle. He did as he was told and at that point, the armed suspect along with another man got into the van and took off with the dogs still inside.
Giannini said no lettering is on the van, so there isn't any obvious way of knowing it belongs to the company. Because of that fact, he doesn't think the dogs were targeted in the theft.
