The first look launch of upcoming movie Jai Jawaan Jai Kisaan was held at Sunny Super Sound in Mumbai. This event took place in the presence of the entire team. Writer Dhiraj Mishra along with actors Prem Chopra, Akhilesh Jain, Jatin Khurana and Imran Hasnee were seen promoting the film. In-fact actor Akhilesh Jain who plays the role of Lal Bahadur Shastri arrived in the costumes of his reel character for the launch.
Veteran actor Prem Chopra remembered his meeting with the late Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri during the premiere of Shaheed. He said, "This is film has been made with lot of love and hard work. And there's no doubt that a movie of this nature is very challenging."
Jatin Khurana who plays the role of Chandra Shekhar Azad shared, "It is a very important film in my career and I am privileged to work with seniors like Om Puri and Prem Chopra."
Jai Jawaan Jai Kisaan is set to release on 6th February 2015 and features Om Puri, Rati Agnihorti, Prem Chopra, Akhilesh Jain and Jatin Khurana.
