A Federal Judge Is Holding Up Obama's Immigration Plan

Andrew Hanen, a federal judge in Texas, tried to put a stop to Obama's entire immigration plan. The Department of Homeland Security says it will comply with the judge's ruling to halt implementation of Obama's executive order on immigration.
