Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leaders are back to spewing venom by making hate speeches against minorities. VHP leader Praveen Togadia said that BHU is a 'Hindu University' while VHP Joint Secy Surendra Jain called religious minorities 'non-Indians'. The oppostion has come down heavily on the Modi government calling it BJP's divide and rule policy.
