Make these cute treats for your St. Paddy's Day party with these SheKnows how-to. Ingredients:
2 cups potatoes (halved)
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups small Brussels sprouts
2 cups apple wedges
1 lb. grated Irish cheddar cheese
2 ½ tbsp. flour
¾ cup Irish stout
6 tbsp. apple juice concentrate
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Arrange cooked veggies & apples on serving tray for dipping
2. Combine cheese and flour in a bowl
3. In a saucepan add the Irish stout, apple juice, and mustard, and bring to simmer over medium heat
4. Add cheese mixture in increments, stirring until melted and smooth
5. Add desired salt and pepper
6. Pour fondue into fondue pot & enjoy with veggies or bread
